Squeee! MMO-Champion found this little diddy in the Beta 8926 build. Its a guide to Northern Cloth Scavenging. It requires Tailoring 325 and is supposed to enable you to find more cloth off of Northern Humanoids. How much more? Not sure at the moment. I wonder if they will add lower tiers for the earlier zones. I would also assume this is a Passive skill. If I find out more I’ll let you guys know.
EDIT: I’ve heard some people in beta saying this is a world drop but I can say first hand that any 325 Tailor can learn it from a Grand Master tailor trainer. Perhaps that is just for testing purposes and the live game will only feature the book drop.

@Euripedes I was totally thinking the same thing! I mean come on now, you loot a corpse and take all the cloth on it (presumably its clothing?) and then…we tailors are able to find more….somehow…..*shudder*
